协会简介 Brief Introduction

    中德转化医学协会(Chinesisch-Deutsche Gesellschaft für Translationale Medizin，CDGTM)是由正在或曾经在德国从事生物医学及相关专业学习或工作的华人所组成的专业性、非营利性的公益组织。组织最初始于德国图宾根大学杜昕博士所发起的医学相关跨学科交流活动。随着活动回数的增多和参与人数的增长，逐渐发展成为正式的协会组织。协会于二零二零年十一月二十九日在德国成立，因新冠疫情原因，成立大会在线举行。目前协会已成功在德国法院进行登记注册，现为德国正式的公益性组织。
The Chinese-German Society for Translational Medicine (Chinesisch-Deutsche Gesellschaft für Translationale Medizin, CDGTM) is a professional, non-profit and public welfare organization composed of Chinese who are or have been studying or working in biomedical and related fields in Germany. The organization originated from the cross-disciplinary medical exchange activities initiated by Dr. Du Xin from the University of Tübingen in Germany. With the increase of the number of activities and participants, it gradually developed into a formal association organization. The association was established in Germany on November 29, 2020, and the founding conference was held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At present, the association has successfully registered with the German court and is now a formal public welfare organization in Germany.

宗旨 Purpose

  • 促进正在或曾经在德国生物学医学领域以及相关领域内学习和工作的人员之间的合作和学术交流;
  • 建立和加强本会与中德生物学医学相关学术团体、科研机构、高等院校及企业间的联系，为会员了解中德生物学医学的现状和发展创造条件;
  • 促进中德生物学医学领域内的交流与合作。
  • To promote cooperation and academic exchange among people who are or have been studying and working in the fields of biomedical and related fields in Germany; 
  • •To establish and strengthen the connection between the association and the Chinese-German academic groups, research institutions, universities and enterprises related to biomedical sciences, and to create conditions for members to understand the current situation and development of biomedical sciences in China and Germany; 
  • To promote exchange and cooperation in the field of biomedical sciences between China and Germany.

组织框架 Organizational structure

    协会目前的理事会成员包括：会长感染生物学及临床医学博士杜昕、副会长（活动策划）结构生物学博士陈明皓、副会长（新媒体）神经科学文生俊、副会长（外联）高级数据科学家王磊博士、秘书长兼财务蛋白质组学博士陈粟源、理事（活动策划）肿瘤放疗医生周建国博士、理事（新媒体）生物医学工程左思敏博士、理事（外联）心理学博士付迪和基因信息博士于文娟。学会拥有六百名非正式注册会员，他们活跃在德国、中国、美国、日本等世界各地的学术界和工业界。
The current board members of the association include: President Dr. Du Xin, PhD in Infectious Biology and Clinical Medicine, Vice President (Activity Planning) Dr. Chen Minghao, PhD in Structural Biology, Vice President (New Media) Wen Shengjun, Master of Neuroscience, Vice President (External Relations) Dr. Wang Lei, Senior Data Scientist, Secretary General and Treasurer Dr. Chen Suyuan, PhD in Proteomics, Director (Activity Planning) Dr. Zhou Jianguo, Oncology Radiotherapist, Director (New Media) Dr. Zuo Simin, PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Director (External Relations) Dr. Fu Di, PhD in Psychology and Dr. Yu Wenjuan, PhD in Gene Information. The association has 600 informal registered members who are active in the academic and industrial circles around the world such as Germany, China, the United States and Japan.

协会活动 Association activities

    学会自创立以来，已成功地举办了五十余场中德生物学医学跨学科交流主题的学术讲座。同时，也不定期举办关爱科研人员身心健康的心理解压讲座、提高理财技能的理财知识讲座，以及和世界各地的其他协会共同合作的国际学术论坛活动。此外，协会正在积极筹划更多活动，比如，发起主题圆桌会议促进学术思想交流和碰撞、组织优秀的专家学者或者博士生们为国内的中小学学生们开展科普讲座以激发科学兴趣、建立人才库创建信息共享平台为高层次人才回国搭建桥梁、组织会员参观德国知名生物医药企业拓展更多的职业可能和实现技术转化、创建学术刊物促进学术成果的推广。
Since its establishment, the association has successfully organized more than 50 academic lectures on cross-disciplinary topics of biomedical sciences between China and Germany. At the same time, it also organizes psychological decompression lectures to care for the physical and mental health of scientific researchers, financial knowledge lectures to improve financial skills, and international academic forums in cooperation with other associations around the world. In addition, the association is actively planning more activities, such as initiating roundtable meetings to promote academic exchange and collision of ideas, organizing outstanding experts or doctoral students to conduct popular science lectures for primary and secondary school students in China to stimulate scientific interest, establishing a talent pool to create an information sharing platform for high-level talents to return to China, organizing members to visit well-known biopharmaceutical enterprises in Germany to expand more career possibilities and achieve technology transfer, creating academic publications to promote academic achievements.

  • Organize academic annual meetings and member meetings; 
  • Organize professional seminars; 
  • Organize mutual exchange activities between academia and industry, visit German biomedical enterprises, and hold talent and project negotiation meetings for enterprises; 
  • Publish association publications; 
  • Build a professional information sharing platform; 
  • Build links between Chinese and German government agencies and professional associations; 
  • Establish a database of well-known professors and experts from China and Germany, serve as role models for young members, and provide opinions and suggestions for career development; 
  • Promote cooperation and exchange with domestic universities and enterprises.
